In elegant glass jars, the precious white truffles are preserved with salt and water, along with particles of truffles coming out during sterilization.
Ideal for creating any type of recipe, like a simple pasta, eggs or risotto. Wonderful sliced over steak or tuna tartare.
Please note preserved truffle flavour not like that of fresh truffles because of the sterilization process. We recommend using preserved truffles with white truffle oil or butter.
