This beautiful Cinco Jotas cured sausage comes from the 'prey' which is the best part of the loin of a Pata Negra acorn-fed pig.
Each Cana de Presa weighs approximately 500g and can be stored in the fridge and sliced when required. The Pata Negra is a small black pure breed pig that lives in Jabugo in the south of Spain and feeds mostly on acorns, giving rise to its incredible flavour.
