The Joselito shoulder ham is cured for 24 months then carefully hand carved and is finely marbled by the fat of the acorn which gives it a beautiful look, great juiciness and a fine texture. The fat, which is one of the great secrets of the Iberian ham, is very aromatic and so fluid that it melts in the mouth flooding the palate with an incomparable flavour, full of nuances, intense and prolonged taste.

Usage: This ham should only ever be served at room temperature so the natural oils in the ham flavour every mouthful. Perfect on top of the Spanish classic 'pan con tomate' which is basically the pulp form squashed tomatoes on toasted bread.
