Winter Black Truffle Butter
Truffle butter is the go-to ingredient when you want something to really taste of truffle and you are not using fresh.
This excellent product is made in Italy by our partners 'Trivelli' using the finest quality ingredients. Once opened keep refrigerated, cover the surface with greaseproof paper and use within a short time.
Usage: Truffle oil is more suited to cabbage, finishing soups and drizzling onto your favourite anything, truffle butter on the other hand, is much more versatile when stirred into scrambled eggs, freshly cooked pasta, used at the final stages of risotto and also to coat hot cooked vegetables such as asparagus and braised leeks.
