A classic mushroom and summer black truffle sauce with a hint of black olives, that can be served with meat or rice and is also perfect when heated and stirred through freshly cooked pasta with the addition of plentiful chopped herbs and fresh parmesan.
Black truffle sauce can also be used in canapé preparation, spread on top of crostini with further toppings added.
