Smoked Salmon - Centre Cut


Preparation of this 'Dom Petroff' smoked salmon has received a large amount of attention. The Salmon are delicately salted by hand with sea salt which melts slowly and naturally for several hours to obtain smooth and harmonious curing. The salmon is smoked by slow-burning of beech wood then hand trimmed and only the finest part of the fillet is selected.

Scrupulous refinement ensures aroma and flesh of exceptional quality.
