The firm flesh also holds its shape well in the kitchen: in a clafoutis, lightly poached, or macerated in a little kirsch. Keep them refrigerated, don't pack them tightly, and rinse just before eating. It was first noticed on a single branch, propagated and protected over several years, released in 2020, and named after the grower's granddaughter. Tree and fruit behave exactly like Regina; only the markings set it apart.
