This delicious truffle sauce is made with fresh porcini mushrooms and summer truffles, its natural home is served with fresh pasta.
For the best results add fresh pasta to boiling water and heat the truffle sauce in a separate pan. Strain the pasta add a touch of butter then stir in the warmed sauce. Season with fleur de sel and serve with plenty of freshly grated parmesan, milled black pepperand chopped parsley. To lift the dish even further add plentiful slices of summer black truffle to finish.
Ingredients: Porcini 70%, extra virgin olive, summer truffles 5%, salt, white truffle aroma.
