Caviar de Neuvic use organically reared sturgeon fillets to make this delicious smooth rillettes. 

Usage: Delicious spread generously on toast or to go one step further add poached eggs for a luxury breakfast.

Ingredients: Sturgeon fillet (Acipenser baeri), sour cream, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, herbs de Provence, olive oil, salt, pink peppercorn, dill.
