Refunds & Returns


We offer a strict policy whereby if you, the customer is not happy with the quality of product that you receive, we will refund you the cost of the item and any proportionate cost for delivery with immediate effect.

Please call or email us in the first instance if there is any part of our service that is unsatisfactory and we will work in the most efficient manner possible to ensure any problems are dealt with swiftly and to your complete satisfaction. 

In the case of Fresh Truffles and other perishable items, unless it is mutually agreed that the product quality is not up to scratch then we do not issue refunds as it is not our policy to resell these items. Please be absolutely sure before placing your order that the products and quantities are what you are expecting. Our fresh truffles when available are dispatched immediately and once on their way to you this process can not be reversed. 


All our goods are packaged using abundant high-quality materials to ensure they reach you in the perfect condition they left us.

In most cases, we would ask you to dispose of any items that are in unsatisfactory condition, which could be largely due to damage in transit. However, if after correspondence we would like to take a further look at the products to refer back to our suppliers. 

Products can be returned to us using the address on our contacts page. We will reimburse the shipping costs for this if by mutual agreement with you the customer, that your order was received in less than satisfactory condition. The timeframe for all returns is 7 days from receipt of purchase.

Privacy Policy

We do not store any of our customer's financial details and we do not share information in regard to previous orders, addresses, email and contact details with anyone under any circumstances.
