The Lazare story begins at the foot of Mont Ventoux, around a barn and fields located halfway between the villages of Flassan and Villes-sur-Auzon in Provence. Inherited from father to son, eight generations of farmers follow one another and share a passion for the land.

Variety: Belgium. This is Lazare's flagship variety. A cherry widely cultivated around Mont Ventoux because it adapts best to the terroir.
The taste quality is excellent: juicy, sweet and balanced, it will delight the most gourmet palates.
