Shipping rates — UK mainland
Delivery is free on orders of £225 and over, Tuesday to Friday.
Choose your delivery date on the basket page. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, and you can book a date in advance.

These are the courier services we book. Deliveries almost always arrive within the window shown, but the times are not guaranteed.
DELIVERY DATE SELECTION
Orders placed before 2pm can be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. If you'd rather receive your order on a later date, choose it from the calendar on the basket page.
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. We don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays, as the couriers don't collect from us at the weekend.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Everything is shipped on an express next working day service, usually with DPD or DHL, sent the day before the date you've chosen.
As with all UK couriers, next-day arrival is not guaranteed. If the food is for an event or a party, please plan around that and order for a day before you need it. If your delivery is time sensitive, choose Express by 1pm.
Unless you've chosen the pre-1pm service, please be ready to receive your parcel any time between 7am and 8pm. Choose a date when someone will be in to take it. If nobody will be there, contact us so we can pass safe place instructions to the courier.
CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY
Please check your delivery details carefully before you order. Once a parcel has been dispatched it is with the courier, and we can't redirect it or change the delivery details.
If you arrange a change directly with the courier — a new address, a diversion to a pick-up shop, or leaving the parcel in a safe place — that is at your own risk. Diverting to a pick-up shop can add at least 24 hours. We can't be liable for loss, delay, theft or spoilage of goods that weren't received in person on the date you chose.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
We have no access to courier phone or email support at weekends, so please add anything the driver needs to know in the notes when you place your order.
Saturday delivery is UK mainland only.
COLLECTION
Collect from our warehouse between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Select Pick Up at checkout. Orders can be ready within 30 minutes. If the date you chose on the basket page was for courier delivery, call us to arrange collection instead: +44 (0)1732 757 770.

PACKAGING
Fresh and frozen goods travel in insulated, mixed recyclable packaging that holds temperature through the courier network.
For frozen goods we use gel packs instead of dry ice. They freeze to –45°C and stay frozen for a long period, and they're food safe, recyclable and reusable.
JERSEY, GUERNSEY AND THE ISLE OF MAN
Tuesday to Friday only, with DHL Express. Select the Jersey option at checkout. Shipping perishable goods to these islands costs considerably more, so the following charges apply:
Orders up to £150 — £55.00
Orders over £150 and up to £200 — £45.00
Orders over £200 — £35.00
NORTHERN IRELAND — £22.50
Delivered by DHL Express. No Saturday delivery to Northern Ireland.
SCOTLAND: THE PRE-1PM SERVICE
Our couriers don't run a pre-1pm service to these areas:
Aberdeen & Grampian: AB10 to AB30, AB32, AB39
Dunbartonshire: G83 to G90
Fife: KY8 to KY10, KY14 to KY16
Glasgow and Greater Glasgow: G63
Perthshire: PH1 to PH14
Stirlingshire: FK16
Tayside: DD1 to DD11
If you've paid for pre-1pm and you're in one of these postcodes, we'll refund the difference and let you know your parcel won't arrive by 1pm.
Anywhere in Scotland, we'd advise ordering for at least a day before you need the food. Even in areas the pre-1pm service covers, getting parcels from the main hubs into Scotland can add time.

Next-day delivery isn't reliable to these postcodes, so we send them on Royal Mail Special Delivery:

Highlands: PH19 to PH41, PH49, PH50

If we are not confident the order will arrive the following day, and the goods are too delicate to spend two days in transit, we'll contact you before sending.
