Packaging & Freshness

Temperature Protection: All perishable items are packed in premium insulated packaging that guarantees freshness for at least 2 full days in transit (longer in cooler weather).

Eco-Friendly Packaging:  85% of our packaging is curbside recyclable and keeps products at optimal temperature throughout the courier network.

Frozen Products

What to Expect: Most frozen items arrive completely frozen, though we cannot guarantee this due to courier handling.

If Items Defrost: Your order should still arrive at a very low temperature and is safe to freeze immediately. Refreezing is only unsafe if products reach 8°C or above.

Industry Standard: Like supermarkets that sell defrosted items as "fresh" with freezing instructions, safely defrosted products can be refrozen when handled properly.
