Caviar butter is a recipe made by Caviar de Neuvic with Michelin-starred chef Cyril Haberland. The creaminess of the butter and the texture of the caviar make up a bouquet of subtle and original flavours. It offers the perfect balance of French butter mixed with 28% refined Baeri caviar. 

Fantastic served on toast with a glass of Champagne or dry white wine or served as a breakfast accompaniment, spread on toast with soft-boiled eggs. To enjoy Caviar butter at its best, remove it from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
