Pâtisserie des Flandres rosemary crackers — light, round, waffle-textured French crackers from Flanders with rosemary baked in. Same format as the Sea Salt and Garlic & Herb variants: thin, crisp, airy, with that open waffle structure that gives a delicate snap.
The rosemary sits between the other two in terms of flavour — more aromatic than the plain sea salt, less assertive than the garlic and herb. The rosemary is dried and distributed through the cracker, giving a warm, herbal, faintly resinous note that works particularly well with sheep's and goat's milk cheeses, with charcuterie, and with Mediterranean-style boards where olives, cured meats and hard cheeses are the focus.
