Stockyard Australian Black Angus Ribeye Steak
Choose options

A grain-fed Black Angus ribeye steak from Stockyard Beef — Australia's most awarded beef brand and one of the country's most respected producers. Stockyard is a family-owned business, now in its third generation under the Hart family, operating from the Kerwee Feedlot on the Darling Downs in Queensland — Australia's longest-running feedlot under single ownership, in continuous operation since the late 1960s.
The Angus cattle are sourced from a network of dedicated breeders across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, then grain-finished for over 200 days at Kerwee on a carefully managed ration. The result is a ribeye with consistent, well-distributed marbling, a rich beefy flavour, and the kind of tenderness and juiciness that only comes from a proper long-feed programme. All cattle leaving Kerwee are MSA (Meat Standards Australia) graded, and the feedlot has been named Most Outstanding MSA Beef Producer — Feedlot for Queensland six times in a row.
The ribeye is the most naturally marbled steak cut on the carcass, and from grain-fed Angus at this level the eating quality is excellent: juicy, flavourful, and forgiving to cook. This is a straightforward, high-quality steak that delivers consistently and does not require specialist technique or equipment.
The beef is IQF frozen.
