Les Pensées de Pallus represents the estate's finest selection, sourced from old vines on the renowned limestone and clay slopes that define Chinon's greatest terroirs.

2019 Vintage: Ideal conditions across the Loire, producing wines of remarkable purity and elegance. This organic Cabernet Franc showcases the variety's aromatic complexity and refined structure, with minimal intervention winemaking allowing the true character of the terroir to shine through. The wine beautifully expresses Chinon's signature combination of fresh red fruit, floral notes and mineral depth with grace and finesse.

Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
