Chatka Cooked Red King Crab Meat
Choose options

Chatka has been harvesting red king crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus) from the Barents and Bering Seas since 1930 — one of the longest-established names in premium canned seafood. The species is the largest of the king crabs, reaching up to 12kg in weight and 1.8m in wingspan, and is sourced from the icy, nutrient-dense waters of the far north.
This tin contains a blend of 60% leg meat and 40% claw and shoulder meat — cooked, shell-removed, and packed without filler. The leg meat is firm and yielding; the claw and shoulder meat is slightly softer in texture and well suited to salads, pasta, and dishes where the crab is incorporated rather than served whole.
