Valrhona's Nyangbo decadent ground chocolate is 68% dark chocolate with a hint of spice and sweet vanilla. Made from a single variety of Ghanaian cocoa beans, this versatile ground chocolate is fantastic for mousses, ganache, and sorbets, as well as pairing with hot milk or cream for a decadent drink.
