Premium halibut fillets, expertly raised in the pristine waters off the Spanish coast. Each pristine white fillet offers the characteristic firm texture and clean, sweet flavour that makes halibut such a versatile and prized fish.

These prime skinless fillets are celebrated for their large, meaty flakes and mild, delicate taste. The careful farming methods result in consistently excellent quality, delivering perfect portions with halibut's signature succulent texture and pure flavour.

Pan-fry for 4-5 minutes each side until golden, or bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Excellent poached or steamed for healthier preparations. Perfect with light sauces or simply dressed with brown butter and capers.

Producer: Sustainably farmed by specialist producers on Spain's Atlantic coast, where optimal conditions and generations of expertise combine to produce halibut of exceptional quality. Each fish is harvested to order ensuring maximum freshness.

Preparation: "Our Halibut arrives to us fresh, is expertly prepared, vacuum-packed, and blast frozen at -30°C to preserve quality.

When delivered to you, it will be frozen or partially frozen - you can either store it directly in your freezer for later use, or thaw it in your fridge where it will stay fresh for 4 days from delivery.”

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, unless you choose a specific future delivery date during checkout.

We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.

If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.

We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
