Icelandic Cod has a remarkably clean, sweet flavour with subtle mineral notes and a delicate texture that reflects its active lifestyle. The flesh contains higher levels of protein and beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, while remaining exceptionally lean and pure. The pristine Arctic waters ensure each fillet represents the pinnacle of wild white fish quality.
For the finest results, pan-sear Cod fillets in butter until just cooked through - the flesh should remain pearly white and juicy. Serve simply with classic accompaniments like brown butter, capers and new potatoes to appreciate its delicate flavour. Alternatively, roast with minimal seasoning and fresh herbs to preserve its natural sweetness.
Producer: Our cod line-caught by small-scale Icelandic fishing boats during the traditional January to April season. Each fish is handled with meticulous care - bled immediately, packed in ice, and processed within 12 hours of capture.
The fish undergoes IQF blast freezing and storage at -40°C, locking in peak freshness and preserving the exceptional texture and flavour until it reaches your kitchen. This approach ensures exceptional quality while supporting sustainable fishing practices maintained for generations.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, unless you choose a specific future delivery date during checkout.
We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.
All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
