Red Snapper Fillet

Origin: Gulf of Mexico

Premium red snapper fillets from the warm waters of the Gulf, prized for their sweet, nutty flavour and moist, firm texture. Each fillet displays the characteristic rosy-pink skin and translucent flesh that marks the finest snapper.

These fillets are celebrated for their versatility and delicate flavour profile, offering a perfect balance of flaky texture and succulent meat. Their medium-firm flesh holds together beautifully during cooking, making them ideal for various preparations.

Pan-sear with the skin on for 4-5 minutes skin-side down until crisp, then flip for 2-3 minutes. Excellent grilled, baked, or steamed. Perfect with citrus-based sauces or Caribbean-style preparations with tropical fruit salsas.

Producer: Sustainably caught by trusted fishing partners in the Gulf of Mexico, where traditional fishing methods and careful handling ensure each fish reaches us in pristine condition. Each catch is processed and shipped rapidly to maintain optimal freshness.

When delivered to you, it will be frozen or partially frozen - you can either store it directly in your freezer for later use, or thaw it in your fridge where it will stay fresh for 4 days from delivery.”

Please note that we try, where possible, to send whole fillets from smaller fish, but due to scarcity, we sometimes have to cut larger fillets in half. Therefore, your Red Snapper may come in either whole fillets or half fillet portions.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, unless you choose a specific future delivery date during checkout.

We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.

If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.

We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
