Our brown shrimp are delivered hand-picked and ready to enjoy. These diminutive treasures offer an intensely sweet, nutty flavour that makes them a prized delicacy among seafood enthusiasts and chefs alike. Each 100g portion provides the perfect amount for a starter or a luxurious addition to various dishes.
Sustainably harvested from the shallow waters of Morecambe Bay, these brown shrimp are selected for their exceptional quality and flavour. Their delicate texture and natural sweetness showcase the best of British seafood, while supporting local fishing communities and traditional harvesting methods.
Create your own potted brown shrimp by gently warming 100g of unsalted butter until melted, then adding a teaspoon of our Fines Herbes. Allow to cool slightly before folding in the shrimp. Pour into ramekins, chill until set, and serve on toasted sourdough for a classic British delicacy with a subtle French twist.
Producer: Harvested by dedicated local fishermen using sustainable practices that have been passed down through generations. Our producer partners carefully select each batch to ensure you receive only the finest quality brown shrimp.
Storage & Delivery: Your Brown Shrimp will be shipped frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs. While they may begin to thaw during transit, this won't affect their quality. Upon delivery, store in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days. Please do not refreeze once thawed.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, unless you select a future delivery date at checkout.
Our Delivery Service
We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. While our couriers are generally excellent, occasional delays can happen. We pack everything to stay fresh, even if transit takes a little longer.
Time-Sensitive & Event Orders
Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
If your order is for a specific event, let us know in the notes section at checkout. We can often dispatch a day earlier to give you the best chance of timely arrival.
DELIVERY Changes After Dispatch
Once dispatched, your package is with the courier and we're unable to redirect it or change delivery details.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
