Azada Chilli Oil is made by co-pressing organic Arbequina olives with fresh chilli peppers simultaneously at the mill. As with all Azada's flavoured oils, both ingredients go through the press together rather than being combined after extraction, which means the heat and flavour of the chilli is absorbed into the oil at the point it is made. Ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh chilli (5%). Nothing else.

The heat is present but measured — a clean, building warmth rather than an aggressive burn. The olive base remains clearly readable underneath, keeping this firmly in the category of a flavoured oil rather than a chilli condiment. It has won multiple Taste Awards.

Use it wherever you want a background heat without overpowering a dish. Good over pasta, eggs, pizza, grilled meats, and flatbreads. Works well stirred into marinades or whisked into a dressing. A natural alongside anything that benefits from both olive oil and chilli — which is a broad category.
