OMED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL WITH YUZU
Origin: Andalusia, Spain
OMED Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Yuzu is made from Arbequina olives grown in Granada, Andalusia, co-pressed with yuzu peel at the point of extraction. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a complex aromatic profile — floral, tart, and distinctly different from lemon or lime. Because the olives and yuzu peel are milled together simultaneously rather than blended afterwards, the citrus character is fully integrated into the oil rather than sitting on top of it.
The result is a delicate, buttery Arbequina base with a clean citrus lift — neither overwhelmingly olive nor aggressively citrus. At 250ml and £22, this is a finishing oil in the truest sense — a small-bottle condiment designed to be used with intention rather than liberally.
A few drops go a long way. Use it to finish raw or lightly cooked seafood — scallops, white fish, oysters, crab — or drizzle over a simple salad of bitter leaves where the yuzu note provides acidity without vinegar. It also works well with Japanese-influenced dishes where a citrus oil is a natural fit.
Producer: OMED is a family-owned olive oil producer based in Granada, Andalusia, working with Arbequina and Picual olives from their own estates. They are known for producing some of Andalusia's most technically precise oils, using co-pressing across their flavoured range to ensure the integrity of both the base oil and the flavouring ingredient.

Our Delivery Service
We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. While our couriers are generally excellent, occasional delays can happen. We pack everything to stay fresh, even if transit takes a little longer.
Time-Sensitive & Event Orders
Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
If your order is for a specific event, let us know in the notes section at checkout. We can often dispatch a day earlier to give you the best chance of timely arrival.
DELIVERY Changes After Dispatch
Once dispatched, your package is with the courier and we're unable to redirect it or change delivery details.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
