AZADA LEMON OIL 225ml

Azada Lemon Oil is made by co-pressing organic Arbequina olives with fresh lemons simultaneously at the mill — the same method used across Azada's range of flavoured oils. With both ingredients pressed together rather than blended afterwards, the lemon character is fully integrated into the oil from the point of extraction, producing a clean, natural citrus note without additives or artificial flavouring. Ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon (5%). Nothing else.

The result is a bright, light oil with a genuine lemon freshness that sits naturally within the olive base rather than on top of it. It has won multiple Taste Awards and is noticeably different in character from extract-based lemon oils, which tend to be sharp and one-dimensional by comparison.

A versatile finishing oil suited to fish, shellfish, and seafood of all kinds — drizzled over grilled sea bass, stirred into a crab salad, or used in a citrus dressing for bitter leaves. Also works well with roasted white vegetables, goat's cheese, and as a finishing drizzle over hummus or yoghurt-based dishes.

The company specialises in co-pressed flavoured olive oils made from organically farmed Arbequina olives and locally sourced fresh ingredients, with no artificial additives across the range.
