Fresh Cauliflower mushrooms are the ultimate soup mushroom! They have a mild flavour and the texture of al dente egg noodles, which pairs beautifully with red meat and in broths. These distinctive fungi resemble coral or cauliflower florets with their intricate, ruffled white structure and are prized for their unique appearance and versatile culinary applications.
Cauliflower mushrooms offer a mild, slightly nutty flavour with a tender, meaty texture that absorbs surrounding flavours exceptionally well. Their unusual coral-like appearance makes them an attractive addition to dishes, while their delicate taste makes them suitable for a wide range of cooking methods without overpowering other ingredients.
Preparation: Clean gently by brushing away any debris from the crevices. Can be sautéed whole or broken into smaller pieces. Excellent in stir-fries, soups, and Asian-inspired dishes. Their absorbent nature makes them ideal for braising in broths or adding to curries. Also suitable for tempura batter or simply grilled with garlic and herbs.

Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
If your order is for a specific event, let us know in the notes section at checkout. We can often dispatch a day earlier to give you the best chance of timely arrival.

Once dispatched, your package is with the courier and we're unable to redirect it or change delivery details.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
