Gambero Rosso Prawns boast a vibrant red hue and succulent flesh. They are meticulously chosen for their exceptional quality and are among the most coveted seafood treasures harvested from the heart of the Mediterranean Sea.

Thriving at depths of around 700m along the seabed, their habitat's strong currents and high mineral content imbue them with a luxurious, velvety texture and a rich, creamy flavour.

Featuring a light sweetness with subtle smoked notes at the finish, they are expansive and juicy, presenting a unique fusion of Denia Prawns and Carabineros flavours. Considered a hybrid of these esteemed species, they inherit the intensity of Carabinero flavour while embodying the sweet nuances of Denia.
