These delectable Mangrove crabs are harvested during their molting stage when their shells are completely soft, offering a unique delicacy that can be enjoyed whole. Each crab is carefully cleaned and flash-frozen within hours of capture to preserve their delicate texture and sweet flavour.
These soft shell crabs deliver an exceptional dining experience with their tender meat and crispy exterior when cooked. Their versatility makes them a prized ingredient in both traditional and contemporary cuisine, perfect for restaurants and adventurous home cooks.
Dredge in seasoned flour and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve in brioche buns with lettuce and remoulade sauce, or create a spectacular tempura dish. All parts of the crab are edible and these crabs must be cooked before eating.
Producer: Our crabs are sourced from certified sustainable fisheries along the Atlantic coast, where experienced watermen harvest them during the precise molting period. Each crab is expertly cleaned and prepared before flash-freezing.

We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.
All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
