The Island, known for its geographical location and volcanic relief, showcases a rich diversity of high-quality products, including these exquisite lychees from Philibon, experts in providing exotic fruits throughout the year.
The succulent fruits grow in clusters on evergreen trees. Each bunch contains a varying number of fruits, typically ranging from 2 to 20. These lychees have a delightful combination of flavours, including floral notes and nuances of citrus, rose water, watermelon, strawberry, and melon.
Lychees are traditionally enjoyed by removing their skin and seed and halved and eaten raw, but their floral and sweet flavour profile also makes them a great dessert ingredient. Try a panna cotta infused with lychees and passion fruit. Alternatively, you could explore the fantastic tastes of an Asian-inspired salad with lychees, prawns, mango, and a chilli dressing.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
