Our delicate courgette flowers are hand-picked at the peak of freshness from specialist growers. These vibrant yellow blossoms still have their baby courgettes attached, offering a two-in-one culinary delight. With their subtle, sweet flavour and striking appearance, these seasonal treasures represent the epitome of summer dining and provide an exceptional opportunity to create show-stopping dishes.
For our photographed dish, we carefully opened each courgette flower and removed the stamens, then filled them with a mixture combining one part 'Nduja with two parts ricotta, enhanced with chopped walnuts and fresh chives. We finished with a drizzle of olive oil and roasted them at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
Alternatively, add them to delicate summer pastas or risottos where they'll bring colour and subtle flavour. For a simpler approach, brush with olive oil and grill or bake briefly until just wilted.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
