Eureka lemons are known for their acidic, sweet, and tart flavour, making them a versatile ingredient for a variety of both sweet and savoury dishes. While they are not usually eaten raw due to their intense sourness, their juice and zest add vibrant notes that enhance the flavour of sauces, dressings, oils, and marinades.
Eureka lemon zest can be finely grated over soups, curries, and fish dishes, or used in baking for cakes, pies, muffins, bread, and cookies. The juice is perfect for drizzling over leafy green salads, mixing into creamy pasta dishes, or adding to bean side dishes. You can also try using Eureka lemons to make marmalade, lemon curd, or syrup. Lemon slices can be added to roasted meats or vegetable dishes, and the juice and zest are popular additions to cocktails, lemonade, sparkling beverages, and tea.
These lemons are suitable for any recipe calling for tangy lemons. Additionally, their acidic properties allow them to be dried and ground into seasoning or canned and preserved for longer use. Eureka lemons pair beautifully with fruits like strawberries, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, and coconut; seafood such as fish, crab, shrimp, and scallops; meats including poultry, beef, and turkey; and cheeses like Gruyère, ricotta, and Parmesan, as well as with pistachios and fresh herbs such as basil, thyme, and mint.
When stored at room temperature, whole, unwashed Eureka lemons can last up to a week, while they can be kept in the refrigerator for around a month. The juice and zest can also be frozen separately for an extended shelf life.

We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.
All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
