SINGLE CLOVE GARLIC
Also known as solo garlic, snow garlic or Kashmiri garlic, this pungent vegetable is usually known for its amazing health benefits.
The size of the single clove differs from approximately 25 to 50 mm in diameter. It has the flavour of the garlic clove but is slightly milder. The appearance is somewhat akin to that of a pickling onion, with white skin and often purple stripes. Solo garlic offers the advantage, compared to traditional garlic, of being very quick and easy to peel, and its ease of use makes it less wasteful than traditional garlic.
Himalayan Single Clove Garlic is known to effectively reduce high cholesterol levels in the body. The presence of chemical compounds called Alliinase and Alliin helps create a powerful compound called Allicin when the bulbs are crushed or ground which is an excellent cure for coughs and colds.
Garlic inherently contains an organosulphur compound named diaIIyl trisulfide which helps fight cancer by helping the body to kill the cancerous cells.
In culinary use, the single cloves are easily peeled and can be roasted and eaten whole as an accompaniment to roast meats or cut in half and roasted with fresh or dried chillis with prawns.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
