UPDATED 27/12/23 - We are no longer accepting orders for delivery before New Year's Eve. Our next available delivery date is the 4th of January.

Due to the high volume of orders, we have started creating shipping labels in advance. Please IGNORE any automated emails from our courier partners that inform you about your order being on its way. Your order will be delivered on the selected delivery day.
Please choose your delivery date for pre-christmas orders on the date-picker in your shopping basket with the following guidance. Please note that we will try our best to deliver on your selected day, but it is not guaranteed, so please allow for an extra day.
ORDERS CONTAINING FROZEN PRODUCTS ONLY
If you have space to store them, please request your order to be delivered as soon as possible, or avoiding delivery on the 21st. We reserve the right to change your delivery date upto to 2 days prior if we feel it runs the risk of not arriving to you promptly.
FRESH TRUFFLES
Your truffles will be harvested as close to Christmas as possible to offer the longest shelf life and the freshest product. We fly them in from Europe early each morning on the same day we send them to you.
Delivery will be 21st or 22nd of December and the truffles will be good for a minimum of 6 days, any longer may impact your enjoyment - PLEASE notify us via email if you need them for the exact delivery day you requested or consider receiving them a day earlier.
As always with fresh truffles they are best eaten as soon as possible to enjoy maximum aroma.
FRESH PRODUCTS
All fresh products are supplied with a use by date beyond 28/12/23, with the exception of fresh mushrooms and fresh truffles. We aim for delivery no later than the 21st of December
WAGYU STEAK ONLY
All of our wagyu steaks are frozen and have a long shelf life in the freezer or at least 5 days if defrosted. Orders containing only wagyu beef will be delivered no later than 20th of December.

You can order certain products (subject to availability) for delivery on 28/12/23 or 29/12/23
White truffles will not be available for delivery between Christmas & New Years Eve, Instead please order fresh black truffles.
