Black Truffle Paste


Black truffle paste is commonly used to stir through pasta, mash potatoes, and risotto and can be used to make truffle butter,  to give the wonderful aromatic test of truffle. Can be used alongside summer or Autun truffles as a delicious coating for pasta when combined with butter.

Ingredients: winter truffles 77%  (Brumale truffles 64%, Black truffles 36%), extra virgin olive oil, truffle juice, natural aroma, salt.

May contain traces of Milk, Mustard, Egg
