A rare and coveted variety, sometimes called 'Sugarloaf Pineapples', the Brazilian White Pineapple is distinguished by its pale, almost ivory flesh and exceptional sweetness. These pineapples are allowed to fully ripen on the plant, developing complex honey notes and a delicate aroma while maintaining a perfect balance of natural sugars and gentle acidity.
Rich in bromelain enzymes and vitamin C, these pineapples are notably easy to digest and offer a more refined flavour profile than traditional golden varieties. Their low acidity makes them particularly suitable for those who find regular pineapples too sharp.
Best served at room temperature, cut into rings or chunks. Perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes, or enjoyed fresh. The core is tender enough to eat and particularly sweet. Pairs beautifully with fresh herbs like mint or basil for an elegant dessert.
Producer: Grown by the Silva family on their specialist pineapple plantation in São Paulo state, where sustainable farming practices and precise harvest timing ensure each fruit reaches its peak potential.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
