Traditional raw milk Camembert with AOP protection, crafted in the heart of Normandy following centuries-old methods. This authentic cheese develops its characteristic bloomy white rind over a minimum of three weeks of careful aging, with some wheels aged up to two months for deeper complexity. The result is a cheese that perfectly embodies the terroir of Normandy and showcases the remarkable depth that only raw milk can provide.

The flavour evolves beautifully throughout its maturation — from light and milky when young to rich and mushroomy when fully mature. Its texture transforms from firm to sublimely creamy, with subtle notes of fresh butter, earth, and sweet cream developing throughout its journey. Each cheese is hand-ladled (moulé à la louche) and aged in traditional cellars, presented in its classic wooden box.

Producer: Made by a small family dairy that has been producing Camembert for four generations using traditional methods. Each cheese is hand-ladled and aged in traditional Normandy cellars where it develops its distinctive character under AOP regulations.
