Producer: Minuty M draws on the full breadth of Côtes de Provence — from the coastline through the inland parcels to the foothills of Mont Sainte-Victoire. A blend built to express the diversity of the appellation rather than a single site, vinified to Minuty's house standard: cold-pressed, cool-fermented, no malolactic. The result is a rosé that holds its line across every terroir it touches.
Pale in the glass with rose petal highlights. The nose is precise — red fruits woven through white-fleshed fruit, lifted and clean. On the palate, generous and lively, with a persistent harmonious finish. The iconic flûte à corset bottle was designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, mother of Jean-Étienne and François Matton — revolutionary at the time, adopted across the region, and now one of the defining silhouettes of Provence rosé. M is the cuvée that carries that legacy into every glass.
