Producer: From the Matton family estate above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Prestige is the cuvée that built Minuty's reputation. A blend drawn from selected parcels across Provence, vinified with cold soak, gentle pressing and no malolactic — the method that keeps the wine taut, saline and precise. Pale pink in the glass, floral on the nose, with stone fruit lifting through.

The palate is where Prestige earns its name. Fine tension, mineral drive, a finish that lingers rather than fades. Created over twenty-five years ago by Jean-Étienne and François Matton, third generation at the château, the cuvée was conceived as a serious Provence rosé — immediate in its appeal, exacting in its construction. It remains the benchmark by which the others are measured.
