Producer: Château Pichon Baron, a Second Growth estate in the 1855 Classification, boasts a rich history dating back to the late 17th century. Once part of a larger estate that included its neighbour Pichon Lalande, it was split in 1850 due to inheritance. The château's striking turreted edifice, built in 1851, is one of the most recognisable in the Médoc. Since its acquisition by AXA Millésimes in 1987, significant investments and meticulous vineyard management have elevated the quality of Pichon Baron to new heights. The 2014 vintage showcases the estate's signature style of power and elegance, reaffirming its status as one of Pauillac's finest properties.
