2020 Vintage: The 2020 vintage in Pouilly-Fuissé delivered exceptional quality despite challenging weather patterns. A wet spring was followed by a hot, dry summer that concentrated flavours whilst preserving crucial acidity. The harvest began in late August under perfect conditions, yielding healthy grapes with optimal ripeness. This vintage showcases remarkable depth and complexity, with the extended hang time allowing for full phenolic development whilst maintaining the elegant mineral backbone characteristic of premier cru Pouilly-Fuissé.
