This stunning bunch of French rainbow carrots showcases nature's diversity with a vibrant spectrum of purple, yellow, orange, and white varieties, each offering subtly different flavour profiles from sweet and mild to earthy and robust. Grown in France's fertile Loire Valley, these heirloom varieties are harvested with their leafy green tops intact, providing both exceptional flavour and visual drama for your kitchen creations.
Each colour variety brings unique antioxidants and subtle flavour differences - purple carrots offer anthocyanins, yellow varieties provide lutein, whilst maintaining the classic sweet carrot taste. The fresh green tops are edible and add a parsley-like flavour, making this bunch completely zero-waste.
Roast whole to showcase their natural colours, julienne for vibrant salads, or use in soups and stews. The leafy tops make excellent pesto, can be added to stocks, or used as a garnish. Try roasting with olive oil and thyme to intensify their natural sweetness.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
