Producer: The estate wine from one of the Rheingau's most respected houses. Weingut Robert Weil was founded in 1875 in Kiedrich, a village first recorded in the year 950, and is today run by Wilhelm Weil — the fourth generation of the family. Ninety hectares of vineyards, all planted to Riesling, farmed to the same uncompromising standards that have defined the estate for a century and a half.

This Trocken is the estate's Gutswein, drawn from vineyards across the Kiedrich holdings and vinified in a mix of stainless steel and large neutral oak casks. The result is a dry Riesling of quiet precision: sleek, mineral-driven, built around fresh orchard fruit, citrus and the slate character of the Rheingau. The calling card of the house.
