LUMINA LAMB ROASTING JOINTS
LUMINA Lamb is a unique type of lamb that behaves differently during preparation and cooking compared to regular lamb. It retains its shape and texture better, is less prone to cooking shrinkage, and can withstand over‑enthusiastic cooking with ease! Formerly known as Te Mana, which means "Food from Heaven" in Maori, LUMINA Lamb is the pride of New Zealand's lamb industry and is a top choice in some of the best restaurants worldwide.
Their journey began with an ambitious goal to create the world's most succulent lamb, and after 15 years of hard work, they finally succeeded in developing the LUMINA Lamb. It is known for its delicate taste, tender texture, and reliable consistency. Their Lamb is crafted with meticulous processes and rigorous standards to ensure consistency and quality. Their genetics are unique, with a precise blend resulting in finer intramuscular micro-marbling, exceptional texture, and outstanding tenderness. They also care for their animals with unmatched attention to detail, including EID tagging, free-range grazing, and feeding on specially cultivated chicory and clover forage for a minimum of 35 days. The lamb is also hand-crafted to strict specifications for consistency and aged to create a remarkably tender texture.
BONE-IN SHOULDER
Lumina Supreme Shoulder is a large cut of lamb that is perfect for roasting or braising. It comprises the neck fillet, scrag meat, oyster shoulder, and fore shank. With fine intramuscular fat marbling, this lamb shoulder is extremely tender, with a signature mild flavour and light texture, and has the flexibility and versatility to suit any menu.
There are various serving options for the Lumina Supreme Shoulder, including serving it whole, slow-cooked with the bone-in on a platter, a brilliant family-style meal, or bone-out, slow-cooked, with the bone removed.
BONELESS LEG
Lumina Boneless Lamb Leg is a delicious rolled roast that is super versatile, delicious and roasts like a dream! It can also be untied, flattened out, marinated and cooked on the BBQ!

Order Cut-Off Times & Delivery Date Selection
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, unless you select a future delivery date at checkout.
Our Delivery Service
We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. While our couriers are generally excellent, occasional delays can happen. We pack everything to stay fresh, even if transit takes a little longer.
Time-Sensitive & Event Orders
Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
If your order is for a specific event, let us know in the notes section at checkout. We can often dispatch a day earlier to give you the best chance of timely arrival.
DELIVERY Changes After Dispatch
Once dispatched, your package is with the courier and we're unable to redirect it or change delivery details.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
