The cheese features an aerated texture with a slightly open, yellow paste that develops a gentle, nutty character as it matures. The distinctive feature of this tomme is its beautiful covering of seven different flowers, creating both visual appeal and subtle floral notes.
The aerated texture creates a light, approachable cheese with a mild yet complex flavour that allows the delicate floral covering to complement rather than overpower. The artisanal production methods ensure each wheel develops its own unique character whilst maintaining the traditional mountain cheese qualities.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
