Premium white anchovies from Santoña, the historic birthplace of Cantabrian anchovy production and home to some of the world's finest anchovies. These delicate fillets are carefully marinated in vermouth vinegar with herbs, then preserved in a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. The result is tender, mild anchovies with a clean, fresh flavour and none of the intense saltiness of traditional brown anchovies.

Don Bocarte's white anchovies showcase the superior quality of Cantabrian fish, with their characteristic pale colour and delicate texture that melts on the tongue.
