The syrup, infused with natural cherry essence, enhances both sweet and savoury dishes.

Presented in Fabbri's iconic opaline jar with white and blue decorations — a design commissioned from Faenza ceramist Gatti and now recognised worldwide as a symbol of Italian excellence. The elegant jar serves as both protection and decoration, adding sophisticated Italian style to any kitchen or bar while preserving the cherries' exceptional quality.

Producer: Fabbri 1905, founded by Gennaro Fabbri in Portomaggiore, province of Ferrara, originally as Premiata Distilleria Liquori G. Fabbri. The legendary Amarena cherries were created by Rachele Fabbri (Gennaro's wife) based on a peasant recipe called "marena con frutto." Now run by the fourth generation of the Fabbri family, the company operates with 250 employees producing over 1,200 products across 17 product lines, distributed in over 100 countries worldwide. The recipe remains unchanged since 1915.
