FISH BASE 100g
This versatile fish base is a store cupboard essential!
It is made by taking raw materials (fish meat, bones, shellfish) and grilling and roasting them slowly with vegetables to obtain juice. The juice is then deglazed with water and reduced several times before being filtered to obtain a creamy, tasty, coloured paste. It's the perfect ingredient for adding a rich, savoury depth to any dish.
Dissolve in hot water. For your sauces, mix three tablespoons with 1 litre of hot water. For cooking (stocks for soups, stews), add two spoons to 1 litre of water.
Ingredients: Cooking FISH juice 36.7%, maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, modified corn starch, FISH meat 4%, concentrated vegetable juice, white wine, mushroom concentrate, lemon juice, seasonings, water.
ALLERGENS: FISH, SULPHITES. Possible traces of; (CELERY, SESAME, MUSTARD, & NUTS.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
