Producer: Jean Pascal's daughter-in-law Alexandra has been making the wine at this small family domaine for well over a decade, during which time she has overseen a steady and impressive upward trajectory in quality and reputation. Her careful attention to detail and respect for the terroir has elevated the estate's standing amongst Burgundy's finest producers.
The 2021 Vintage spent 10 months on its lees in oak barrels with 20% new oak, resulting in a Puligny-Montrachet that is clean, intense, and beautifully balanced. With a lovely buttery finish and excellent structure, this wine is drinking wonderfully now and will continue to develop over the next 18 months, showcasing the elegance and complexity that define great white Burgundy.
