Levoni's Smoked Pancetta Praga is a premium Italian cured pork belly that undergoes traditional smoking over beechwood, creating an exquisite balance of sweet pork flavour and aromatic smokiness. This artisanal pancetta is carefully seasoned with sea salt and spices before being gently smoked and aged, resulting in a tender texture with distinctive marbling that melts beautifully when cooked and delivers deep, savoury notes when served raw.

Unlike standard pancetta, the Praga style incorporates authentic smoking techniques that add layers of complexity whilst maintaining the delicate sweetness of premium Italian pork. The expert curing process creates perfect fat distribution, ensuring each slice delivers both flavour and luxurious mouthfeel.

Dice and render for authentic carbonara or amatriciana, lay rashers over roasting meats for added richness, or serve thinly sliced on charcuterie boards where the smoky notes shine. Excellent crisped up for salads or wrapped around dates and grilled for canapés.
